Victoria Falls Anti Poaching Unit

Charles Brightman of Discover Safaris founded and is still actively involved in the VFAPU (Victoria Falls Anti-Poaching Unit). This unit has been operational since 1999 and continues the fight against all forms of poaching in the greater Victoria Falls area. They work closely with Zimbabwe National Parks and Wildlife Management and the Zimbabwe Republic Police. The unit is funded by wildlife conservationists, local stakeholders, and supporters worldwide. It is only through generous donations that VFAPU exists, and we are eternally grateful. Thank you www.vfapu.com VFAPU - Anti Poaching Team It is vitally important to realise that communities, both local and international, need to stand together to fight poaching in all of its forms. A difference can be made by taking an interest and donating time, expertise, and money. In fact, the difference is being made. To find out more about what the team does to fight poaching, please visit www.vfapu.com  In parting, it is important to acknowledge the dedicated anti-poaching scouts that go out on patrol daily. They risk a great deal to play their part in saving our wildlife. VFAPU - Anti poaching makes a difference
