- About Charles
Charles Brightman of Discover Safaris is also in charge of VFAPU (Victoria Falls Anti Poaching Unit) This unit has been operational since 1999 and continues the fight against all forms of poaching in the greater Victoria falls area. They work closely with Zimbabwe National Parks and Wildlife Management as well as the Zimbabwe Republic Police. The unit is funded by wildlife conservationists, local stakeholders and supporters from around the world. It is only through generous donations that VFAPU exists, and we are of course eternally grateful. Thank you.
If you are keen to donate then please contact Charles Brightman VFAPU on firstname.lastname@example.org OR maybe Buy a limited edition print of Cecil the Lion. All proceeds go to VFAPU.
It is vitally important to realise that communities, both local and international, need to stand together to fight poaching in all of its forms. By taking an interest and donating time, expertise and money, a difference can be made. In fact, the difference is being made. To find out more what the team does to fight poaching, please visit www,vfapu.com or email email@example.com
In parting it is important to acknowledge the dedicated Anti Poaching Scouts that go out on patrol daily. They risk a great deal to play their part in saving our wildlife.
Anyone who loves the bush or wants to truly experience the natural environment at Vic Falls needs to do a trip with Charles Brightman. His work with the anti-poaching unit is inspirational and we cannot recommend him highly enough.

Discover Victoria Falls is by far the best way to experience all that this incredible part of the world has to offer. I have been to the falls several times but came away from this most recent trip with the most memorable and special experiences I could wish for.

Charles Brightman was our guide in the Zambezi National Park and his enthusiasm for nature and all things was so contagious that our 3 hour Walking Safari went for 5 and a half hours and finished only because we had a midday lunch appointment. Treat yourself to a wonderful experience.
Our bush walk with Charles Brightman was so informative and his love for the bush, animals, birds, environmental issues and the country was inspiring. And the sunset dinner was wonderful! Many, many thanks - a great service!
We engaged Charles as our private guide whilst on holiday in Zimbabwe last October. Cannot recommend him enough - he made our trip to Hwange!!
